Production

    • Complete and submit permit applications

    • Pay permit fees using the client’s payment method on file

    • Track permit status and upload permits, receipts, and updates into the CRM

    • Schedule all required inspections and follow up until final approval is obtained

    • Upload passed inspection documents into the CRM

    • Keep the CRM updated with tagged notes for tracking and follow-up

    • Renew contractor licenses in counties where permits are required

    • Research requirements, prepare documentation, complete applications, and request COI

    • Track licenses expiration dates to avoid permit delays

    • Upload all related documentation into the CRM

    • Confirm material delivery dates with suppliers

    • Schedule install dates with crews and homeowners

    • Notify homeowners of date and site prep needs

    • Schedule dumpsters if needed

    • Collect missing documents from homeowners, adjusters, insurance

    • Prepare and send: COC, manufacturer warranty, labor warranty, completion letter, final invoice

    • Add any extra client-requested documents

    • Send thank-you gifts to homeowners

    • Call for feedback and request reviews when appropriate
